Here is a recipe from our
friends at the Jeune Lune Theater in Minneapolis who
often find themselves cooking something quick and
easy after a late night rehearsal. Sometimes, the
simple things are the best!
Sauté
sliced red onions in butter over medium heat until
soft.
Prepare two slices of bread with your favorite cheese.
Add generous amount of the grilled red onions, close
the sandwich, and butter each of the outside slices
of bread.
Grill on both sides until golden brown.
Enjoy
with a glass of Country Rosé!
